Privacy Policy
Your privacy, explained simply. Website and assessment information updated 1 October 2026.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and any optional details you provide (country, interest level). We do not collect payment information at this stage.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to send you product updates, respond to your messages, and improve BrainReboot. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools (such as PostHog) to understand aggregate usage patterns — how many people visit, which sections they engage with. No personal profiling. No ad targeting.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies — only what's needed for basic site functionality and anonymous analytics. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Lead & preorder forms
Submissions from our waitlist and preorder forms are stored securely. This data is used only for product launch communication and support. You can request deletion at any time.
Marketing emails
If you join the waitlist, you may receive occasional updates about BrainReboot's launch. Every email includes a clear unsubscribe link. We don't spam.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. If you're in the EU or UK, these rights are guaranteed under GDPR. To exercise them, contact us at the address below.
No medical claims
BrainReboot is a cognitive game system for focus and entertainment. We make no medical or therapeutic claims. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.
Movement registration on this website
By joining, you agree that BrainReboot may store the information submitted here to manage your participation in the movement. See our Privacy Policy.
The registration form collects your full name, email address, country, role, and reason for joining. Newsletter sign-up collects your email address. These submissions are stored server-side as private JSON records. This website does not store registration data in your browser. Newsletter delivery will be managed by BrainReboot; you may request removal using the contact below.
BrainReboot assessment
When you start the assessment, your answers, age range, use of your phone for work or studies, scores, exercise interactions and timing are stored in a private assessment record. Interactions include notification clicks, taps during waits, aggregate pointer movement during the waiting exercise and the number and duration of hidden-tab periods. We do not record what you do in other tabs. No name or email is required. Authorized administrators can review and export these records. The assessment is an awareness tool, not a medical diagnosis. We also store your IP address, approximate country/region/city when supplied by our hosting provider, browser information, language, screen dimensions, referring origin and timezone. IP location can be inaccurate and does not establish your identity. Your progress is stored on the server; a resume key in this browser lets you return for up to 30 days. Explicit pauses are excluded from active test time. Each attempt and its final graphical report are retained separately for authorized administrators. A persistent random browser identifier groups attempts from the same browser; it is not a verified identity. The activity journal records test screen views, button actions, answers and revisions, pauses, resumes, language changes and tab visibility. Checkpoint versions are retained without overwriting earlier observations. A browser outbox retries unsent events after temporary connection failures; delivery cannot be guaranteed after abrupt closure or storage deletion. We do not record typed passwords or activity outside this website. Administrative archiving is reversible and does not erase the underlying history. Contact us with your session reference for access or deletion requests.

Website operations and analytics
BrainReboot records website visits, assessment-button clicks and signup events with a temporary browser-session identifier and campaign/source information. Session storage holds this identifier for the current browser session. These website metrics are separate from the assessment and do not infer medical conditions.
Contact messages and signup information are stored to manage enquiries and participation. Authorized administrators can view, update and export these records. Newsletter unsubscribe requests are tracked separately from movement membership.
